Refund policy

We have a 7-day return and checking warranty policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if there is any issue. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you immediately.

Exchanges 
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, the fastest way to get a replacement is to contact us at neatlyshop.pk@gmail.com with video/photographic proof of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a fresh replacement parcel to be sent out to you.

Refunds (Cash On Delivery Orders)
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request. If approved, your refund will be processed directly. Since our orders are delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund amount will be securely sent to your provided JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or local Bank Account within 5 to 7 business days.
