Neatly™ reserves the right to accept, decline, or verify your order for any reason, including order verification calls or SMS messages via our system. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, your order will be processed immediately upon confirmation and paid in full to the courier rider upon delivery at your doorstep. Please review your shipping address and active phone number carefully before submitting.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be clearly stated in your checkout total and order confirmation text/email. All delivery timelines are estimates. Delivery across Pakistan generally takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. We are not liable for unexpected shipping delays caused by courier service blockages, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
